Stellar Blade: Body Core Locations (2024)

Keeping Eve’s health in tip-top shape is a key part of survival in the treacherous wastelands of Earth. She's far from a damsel in distress as her abilities as a fighter exceed most protagonists in other character action games, allowing her to flourish. With that said, though, there’s a reason why this is compared to Sekiro: it can be difficult. The bosses and most normal enemies will need proper understanding of their move set to properly dispatch them, so taking damage is unavailable. Thankfully, Body Cores help lighten the load.

There are both Beta and Body cores scattered throughout the world, and obtaining three of either will grant you special abilities. For Beta Cores, they will increase the number of Beta skill nodes that you obtain in battle to perform various actions. Most skills require two, but you’re able to bank many nodes as you hack, slash, dodge and parry enemies. For Body Cores, they do as you might expect them to do: increase Eve’s health. And not by a little, but by a significant margin, which is helpful the further you get into the campaign.

In this guide, we will go over the locations of every Body Core we were able to find throughout the fifty+ hour-long story. Hopefully, this will allow players to upgrade Eve to her max potential and make quick work of the Alpha Naytiba.

Eidos 7

1. Upon reaching the Parking Tower, don’t go up just yet, but instead go to the right of the staircase to find the first of many Body cores.

2. In the construction yard, you’ll already have a means of controlling the metal beams. Position one to the left so you’re able to jump up on the vehicle (also crash it into the mural at the top to unlock a secret). When up there, jump across to the one Naytiba and find the second core.

3. Shortly after the last one, progress past the construction site into the City Underground Sector. Simply go all the way straight down the passageway when you enter until you can’t progress anyone. The unfortunate soul is located to the right.

Wasteland

4. In the north-most area that looks like a hazardous canister storage, the Body core is found inside a container.

5. This is along the main story path. After going down the elevator all the way southeast, Eve is getting close to the Eidos facility. Along the path north, there will be a number of Naytiba guarding a small section filled with boxes. Simply go to the back behind some boxes.

6. Just before heading into the open air portion of the train yard, there will be a small rest station. Turn around and go back from where you came from to see another path to the right with a Hive Naytiba attached to the sides of the wall. Get through him to find a body core.

7. After going down a ladder, you’ll find yourself in a section that has a good deal of Naytiba, but you can also stealth through a good portion of it. There will also be a construction area to the right where the Alex’s Memory log can be picked up from a body. Move up some stairs across from that body to find yet another unfortunate soul.

8. In a massively-flooded section of the map, with Naytiba roaming around on the top of containers, you may notice Body core on a small platform in the back. You won’t be able to jump up on the platform from the water, but there's a piece of wood floating nearby that you can lift yourself up on to jump across.

9. Near the end of the level, you’ll be ascending various stairs. The body core will be behind one of these staircases.

Great Desert

10. Directly south in between the Oasis and the bottom of the map, there will be a destroyed building and various Naytiba roaming around. There will also be a moveable yellow box. You will need navigate this box around all the smaller ones to the other side so you’re able to jump to the second floor. Here will be a full on campsite. Activate it and then jump across to the building right next to it with handgrips. Travel around to find a Body core.

Side Quests

11. The side quest “An Offer You Can’t Refuse” can be found in Xion from Roxanne. This is an easy side quest that tasks you to go to the Great Desert and destroy a single active turret. Simply destroy it with ranged attacks and turn it in for your reward.
