- 1 2/3 CUPS MIX
- 1 1/4 CUPS MILK
- 1 EGG
- 1. HEAT skillet over medium-high heat or griddle to 375°F. (Surface is ready when drops of water jump around.) To measure mix, we recommend spooning into a dry measuring cup and leveling.
- 2. STIR TOGETHER mix, milk and egg with fork or wire whisk until smooth. Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter onto hot greased skillet for each pancake.
- 3. COOK until bubbles break on surface and edges just begin to dry, about 1 minute 30 seconds. Turn; cook until golden brown, about 1 minute 30 seconds.
- 12 (3-inch) pancakes

- WAFFLE RECIPE
- YOU'LL NEED
- 1 2/3 CUPS MIX
- 1 1/3 CUPS MILK
- 2 TABLESPOONS VEGETABLE OIL
- 1 EGG
- 1. HEAT waffle maker.
- 2. STIR TOGETHER mix, milk, oil and egg with fork or wire whisk until smooth. Pour onto center of greased waffle maker.
- 3. BAKE about 5 minutes or until steaming stops. Remove carefully.
- 7 (4-inch) waffles.

- MAKE IT VEGAN
- Swap milk for a non-dairy milk and 1 egg for 1/3 cup applesauce.
