The statistic displays the results of a survey regarding the share of children who sometimes get paid for doing chores at home in the Netherlands in 2018, by age. The survey results suggest that as of 2018, a sizable share of children over the age of ten were getting paid for doing chores or odd jobs at home. Close to 35 percent of children over ten years of age included in the survey occasionally got paid for doing chores at home, while the share of children aged five who sometimes got money for chores was just over ten percent.
