One. Thats amazing. Two. Our son lost a tooth. Packed it on vacation. And as we unloaded the truck and got everyone tucked in, he announced the tooth fairy was coming that night. So I spend 30 minutes rummaging everywhere for a dollar…

Nothing is better than a “just so happens” cold call... ☎️ Yesterday I was prospecting/cold calling some condos along the coast.I spotted the facilities manager at a particular condo, threw my truck in park, and started a conversation. “You know, just so happens the HOA board is having a meeting right now, and the roof is a big topic!”Just so happens I was able to meet with the board president on the spot. Just so happens they’re now requesting our assistance in budgeting for future projects. “Just so happens” scenarios are out there. But you’ll never discover them if you don’t show up and make it happen!#coldcall #prospecting #roofing #salesandmarketing

Watch out! ⚠️⚠️⚠️Not all rust is easily visible. One wrong step could mean an unplanned face to face meeting with the ground. As a last ditch effort, many property owners coat over rusting metal to buy more time. Only problem? The rust isn't properly delt with and it continues to degrade.
