A new fruit has come to Disney Dreamlight Valley with the latest update, Dreamlight Fruit. This interesting new fruit grows on a specific tree, unlike the other trees of the Valley, because the Dreamlight Tree itself must also be grown. To grow this tree, players will need to speak with Simba first.
To unlock this fruit, it will require first welcoming Simba and getting him up to Level 7 friendship to unlock the Seed of Memories quest. To unlock Simba in Dreamlight Valley, head to the Lion King realm and complete the quest to welcome Nala. After that, the option to begin Simba's welcoming search, Stars To Guide Us, will be available.

How To Find Dreamlight Valley
Seeds of Memory is Simba's level 7 friendship quest in Dreamlight Valley, and the reward for completing this quest will include unlocking Dreamlight Fruit. To initiate this quest, ensure all prior Simba friendship quests are completed, and then striking up a conversation with him will start the quest. Simba's main concern is discovering his purpose in the Valley: protecting the Dreamlight Tree. After the Valley fell apart, the Dreamlight Tree Seeds were hidden in the mines under the Sunlit Plateau. Head to the mines and past the waterfall; there will be a light source peeking out behind some rocks on the right side of the wall.
When approached, the rocks will disappear, and a secret room will appear. Interact with the objects in the room to investigate and discover that the Dreamlight Tree Seeds are stuck inside a machine in the room. Following this, speak to Merlin about the things in the secret room. He will inform you that the room, also known as the Herbalist Room, was used for experiments and that the Dreamlight Tree Seeds are "slumbering" and need to be awakened. To awaken the seeds in Disney Dreamlight Valley, the Potion of Growth and Potion of Dust must be crafted at a crafting station. See the chart below for details on how to craft the two potions.

How To Unlock Dreamlight Fruit
After the two potions have been placed on the shelves in the Herbalist Room, the seeds will be freed and can be collected. Give Simba the Dreamlight Tree Seeds and follow him to where he would like you to plant them. Plant the seed along the pond and water them. Be aware that it will take a couple of days for the Dreamlight Tree to grow. Speak to Simba after the Dreamlight Tree is fully grown, and this will officially complete the Seed of Memories quest. There will only be one tree for now, but level Simba up to friendship level 10 and complete The Dreamilght Grove quest, which will have three more trees grow in the Valley.
To avoid waiting a couple of days for the Dreamlight Tree to grow, use an Even More Miraculous Growth Elixir on the Watering Can, which will have the tree grow instantly.
Now the Dreamlight Fruit is ready to be harvested. Approach the tree and interact with it to harvest the Dreamlight Fruit. This fruit can now be used to craft new recipes, including the Whimsical Pie, Dream Ice Cream, Sweet Udon, and Marvelous Jam. The Dreamlight Fruit itself can also be sold for 40 Star Coins or eaten for +500 Energy. Now that the Dremalight Fruit is available, Disney Dreamlight Valley players can continue crafting the new recipes and get started on leveling up Simba to acquire more Dreamlight Trees.
